Silent Hill f: First Aid Kit Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Silent Hill f First Aid Kits are the most powerful healing items Hinako carries through Ebisugaoka — instantly and fully restoring her entire health bar in a single use. They are also the rarest healing item in the game, and uniquely, they cannot be offered at Hokora shrines for Faith.

Unlike every other consumable item in the game, First Aid Kits have exactly one purpose: survival. Every location across all eight areas is tracked on the interactive SHf maps, with spawn triggers, locked door entries, and the pre-order bonus noted per entry.

Note: This guide covers base-game First Aid Kits only. NG+ and NG++ locations are tracked separately.

What First Aid Kits Do in Silent Hill f

A First Aid Kit instantly restores 100% of Hinako's health — no partial recovery, no over-time healing, no conditions. It takes the health bar directly to maximum regardless of how low it has fallen.

This makes it the emergency-use item above all others: save it for critical damage rather than minor injuries where Bandages or Red Capsules are sufficient.

The Faith exception is critical to understand: First Aid Kits are the only consumables in Silent Hill f that cannot be enshrined as an offering at Hokora shrines. There is no Faith conversion option.

If a First Aid Kit is in Hinako's inventory, it stays there until used. This makes hoarding them the correct strategy — there is no trade-off decision between using them and converting them, as exists with every other healing item.

The only other item that fully restores health is Inari Sushi, which additionally fully restores Sanity and Stamina simultaneously and can be offered for 150 Faith.

For players planning item strategy, Inari Sushi is the superior multi-stat option, but is rarer still; a First Aid Kit is the standard emergency backup.

Omamori Synergy

Two Omamori charms interact directly with the First Aid Kit value:

  • The Sakura Omamori increases the healing effect of items — boosting a First Aid Kit's already full restoration further when paired.
  • The Blessed Hand Mirror triggers an automatic full health restoration just before Hinako would otherwise take fatal damage, functionally acting as an emergency First Aid Kit that activates passively.

On harder difficulty settings where First Aid Kits are scarce, equipping these Omamori before demanding encounters extends survival margins significantly.

Locked Door and Spawn-Triggered First Aid Kits

Several First Aid Kits are behind locked doors or only appear after story milestones:

Shimizu Residence — two First Aid Kits sit in the corridor behind the Pine Tree Emblem Door, one in a cabinet and one on a shelf. Both require the Pine Tree Emblem Door to be unlocked before they're accessible.

Corridors — two First Aid Kits are behind the Sacred Door: one near the Hokora and one in a corner room. Both are inaccessible without the Sacred Door opened.

Spawn-triggered in Ebisugaoka:

  • After returning from Main Hall: 1 spawns on a bench in front of a house
  • After returning from Treasure Hall: 2 spawn — one on a rock by the forest path, one on a wooden stool in front of a house
  • After returning from the Dark Shrine (second Main Hall visit): 2 spawn — one inside a truck, one on a bench by a house

Pre-order Deluxe Edition bonus — one First Aid Kit in Ebisugaoka is claimed after reaching the Central Ebisugaoka Hokora. Players without the Deluxe Edition or pre-order cannot obtain this pickup.

All First Aid Kit Locations in Silent Hill f

Ebisugaoka holds the largest spread — static pickups in gardens, on house stairs, in courtyards, and behind the locked gate, plus all five spawn-triggered and bonus entries.

Main Hall carries four across its shelves and courtyard wall. Corridors has five total — two static near the Hokora and altar, and two behind the Sacred Door, plus one on the endgame return path.

Worship Hall has two, Treasure Hall two, Shimizu Residence two behind the Pine Tree Emblem Door, and Ebisugaoka Middle School one in an open locker.
